Anna gained her BA Hons degree at Loughborough University in Jewellery Design and Silversmithing. After this she secured a place at design space, a business start-up scheme where Anna Calvert Jewellery was launched in 2009.

Her main source of inspiration comes from an old railway line just down the road from her home. Here the scenery is ever-changing and each visit reveals a fresh source of inspiration and something exciting and new to look at.

Anna’s current collections are a mix of precious metals and soft leather. She uses traditional silversmithing techniques, but the introduction of leather into the pieces creates a fresh approach to the jewellery and gives it a unique and tactile element for the wearer to enjoy.
